Sen. Risa Hontiveros wants a probe on questionable releases of almost P7 billion in scholarship funds of the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd).
On 12 August, Hontiveros posted on Facebook: “Am calling for a Senate investigation on almost P7 billion worth of questionable releases under UniFAST, CHEd’s scholarship agency.
This could be just the tip of the iceberg of dubious practices. CHEd-UniFAST must explain.”
