At Suntrust Amadea, home is where the heart and soul are

Launched in 2021, Suntrust Amadea was named after the phrase, “to love God.” A church called the Loved Flock Catholic Charismatic Renewal Ministries, used to be where the condominium development project is now located. The developers wanted to recreate that loving community that looked after the wellness and protection of its members.

On 30 September, Suntrust Properties Inc. held a showroom and sales office blessing at the Suntrust Capitol Plaza in Diliman, Quezon City.

Home buyers may now get a glimpse of the property’s dynamic 24 square -meter studio unit and 36 square-meter two-bedroom unit located at Scout Reyes Street corner Quezon Avenue in Quezon City. The property is set for completion in September 2024 for Tower 1 and December 2024 for Tower 2.

Jerry Rubis, first vice president of sales, marketing, and training at Suntrust, led the blessing and announced new condominium projects in Pasig, Manila and Cavite and a township project in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

the property is in pre-selling mode but once the structure is completed, expect its value to increase.

In his opening speech, Rubis said: “We hope that we are already recovering from the economic downtrend brought about by the pandemic. We see that our company is very active. These are signs and testaments that our company is very strong despite the effects of the pandemic. We continue to build condo homes and condo communities because this is our calling, to serve our kababayans, to find a place to live in that they can call their homes.”

An edge of Suntrust Amadea is its location. The property sits on an elevated area of Quezon City and is considered flood-free. It’s also accessible to essential places like hospitals like Capitol Medical Center, Lung Center of the Philippines, Veteran Memorial Center that residents can be able to experience once they begin to live in Suntrust Amadea like the 24
-hour transportation system through jeepneys and taxis, as well as easy access to hospitals and leisure hubs such as Capitol Medical Center, Lung Center of the Philippines, Veteran Memorial Center and leisure hubs such as Trinoma, SM North EDSA and Fisher Mall.

Motorists and commuters can take the Quezon Avenue exit near the Skyway Stage 3 if they’re traveling to Alabang, Sucat and Bicutan.

For now, the property is in pre-selling mode but once the structure is completed, expect its value to increase. In fact, the project developers have increased its price last month and has a minimum average of 10 to 15 percent increase for every pre-selling development.

He explained, “Right now, we are still the most affordable in the area, we are still on a pre-selling price of around P140-150 million. This is the advantage of investing or buying on a pre-selling development like Suntrust Amadea because buyers and investors can still get the price sa pre-selling mode.”

Rubis also highlighted the architectural design of Suntrust Amadea, which has several floors with open spaces where one can freely enjoy a view of the Manila Bay sunset and get a good view of the Rizal mountains in the East and West. From its elevated location, residents may also get a glimpse of Cavite.

Now halfway through its completion, Rubis said buyers may move into their units in less than five years.

With lesser cases of Covid-19 and with health protocols eased, Rubis shared that more residential projects are in store. He said, “We are slowly regaining the confidence of our homebuyers and investors as they are now ready to buy again after the two-year reprieve noong pandemic. So, this is a sign of hope that the real estate industry is beginning to gain traction.”
