Indigents in Don Carlos, Bukidnon receive aid from Bong Go

The Office of Sen. Bong Go continued to provide aid and support to vulnerable Filipinos amid the pandemic as he assisted residents from Don Carlos, Bukidnon on Wednesday, 5 October.

In his video message, Go, who serves as the Chair of the Senate Committee on Health and Demography, reminded eligible yet unvaccinated residents to help the country return to normalcy by getting their complete jabs against COVID-19.

Go’s team conducted the distribution activity at the Lake Pinamaloy Tourism Hall. They handed out shirts, vitamins, snacks and masks to a total of 71 residents. They likewise gave away bicycles, cellular phones, shoes, and balls for basketball to select individuals.

In addition, the residents received livelihood grants from the DSWD to help them start their own small business to sustain their family’s needs amid the ongoing pandemic.
