The country’s top P-pop group SB19 wound up its nine-date WYAT international tour with a homecoming performance recently at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Pablo, Stell, Justin, Josh and Ken pleased their fans by singing most of their hits including “What?,” “Mana,” “Tilaluha,” “Nyebe,” “Attention,” “Bakit Ba Ikaw?,” “WYAT,” “MAPA (with South Border’s Jay Durias on keyboards),” “Hanggang sa Huli” (with Regine Velasquez-Alcasid), “Bazinga,” “Go Up,” “Ikako,” “SLMT” and “Ligaya.”
They also rendered upbeat covers of Chris Brown’s “Next to You” and James Reid’s “’Wag Ka Nang Humirit.”
Among the group’s repertoire, “WYAT” and its latest single, “Nyebe,” stood out — highlighting SB19’s vocal prowess.
The crowd — a mix of different social classes and age groups—kept the energy level up from start to finish, singing and waving their lighted phones all night.
The A’TIN, SB19’s fandom, offered gifts to their idols during soundcheck and when the group’s members went down the stage during the show.
In return, the group handed out presents to their fans while wearing Santa Claus headbands on the last song, “Ligaya.”
