To contribute to Mother Earth, the restaurant practices proper waste segregation, cutting down electricity by maximizing storage, minimizing equipment use and supporting the local market when purchasing fresh ingredients.

When asked how business has been picking up, Pellicer said: “Summer has always been a really productive time for us. With all the possibilities for the season and growing tourism in the area, we’ve been looking into new opportunities.”

Teppan101 is planning to open more branches.
