Poker Dream has finally made landfall in Manila, Philippines with opening games hitting the felt last 26 April and running through 7 May at the Grand Wing of Newport World Resorts.
It was a slow start at opening Warm Up Flight A then picked up pace during the last two heats as locals poured in for a piece of the P3 million guarantee.
At the close, 314 turned up to build a richer prize pool of P4,158,000 ($74,870). Filipino pro David Erquiaga bagged up a monstrous stack of 811,000 (100 big blinds).
