Service failure

There is an abundance of products and services available in the market these days which is why it’s a wonder there are still service providers who insist on their arrogance as if their customers were their captured market.

It needs emphasizing that when the Supreme Court issues a final ruling it becomes jurisprudence and part of the law of the land.

Most often, customer satisfaction is what drives a business, ergo, if you want to thrive in your industry, you should focus on customer service.

Unfortunately, logistics service Lalamove thinks it has the operational scale that it can ignore customer service and treat its clients with utmost disrespect.

I had an unfortunate experience with this delivery service two weeks ago when my sister sent me some food for dinner.

After more than an hour of waiting for my delivery, I called the driver assigned to deliver my parcel only to be told, “May dinaanan pa akong ibang drop off. Maghintay kayo!” in such a brazen tone.

Reporting the incident to Lalamove resulted in nothing except that they “created a ticket” about the incident. No follow-up. No result.

Well, they are not the only logistics provider out there.
