Danao inaugurates new fire station

The local government of Danao City has inaugurated its new and a state-of-the-art fire station building valued at P25 million.

Danao City Vice Mayor Ramon Durano underscored the unique synergy between local and national government agencies, emphasizing the need for collaboration to optimize the delivery of essential services.

“The event is a testament to the dynamic relationship between the Danao City Local Government unit and the national agency — the Bureau of Fire Protection,” Durano said.

The Bureau of Fire Protection-Central Office funded the  P25 million while Danao City provided the 1,156 square-meter lot.

“Here in Danao, we will always welcome you with open arms, for there is no better use to our city-owned lot than to make it the site of our city’s Fire Station… Truly, this upgrade would be beneficial to the people of Danao. On our end, may the humble contribution of the city government prove useful in your commitment to serving the people of Danao,” Durano said.
