Actress and singer Vanessa Hudgens paid a courtesy call to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday, 30 March.
The High School Musical star, famously known for her role as Gabriella Montez, arrived in the country last Saturday to shoot her travel documentary to showcase her Filipino heritage through her relationship with her Pinay mom, Gina.
The said documentary will be directed and produced by Paul Soriano, the current Presidential Adviser on Creative Communications.
Montez was recently hailed as the newest global tourism ambassador for the Philippines.
