One of our parties led us to a memorable night at Hilton Manila Hotel where we gathered for the launch of the 2023 edition of The Fookien Times Philippines Yearbook. It was also the birthday of its wonderful chairman and CEO, dear Grace Glory Go! Talk about a double celebration!
This year, the much-awaited Philippines Yearbook contains 238 pages that showcase “The Filipino National Identity.” Just like me, my friends and fellow fans present that night appreciated this year’s theme. Representing our culture, it’s a must-have in every Filipino home.
Since it was a double celebration, it called for twice the spirits, too! We enjoyed all the more with yummy cocktails and wonderful wines from Ralph’s Wine & Liquor fueling our catching-up chikas and laughter ‘til the event ended. Happy to be a part of this event every year, and moreso that night celebrating one of my fave people, the birthday girl. Thank you for always having us, dear Grace! Congratulations to you and the Philippine Yearbook for another successful launch. Can’t wait for next year’s issue!
