ILOCOS NORTE — Pagudpud cops, led by Police Major Jomar Andres, nabbed, through a buy-bust operation, Bren Carlo Calventas and Harry Mariñas, both residents of Brgy. Pasaleng, Pagudpud on Sunday, 28 May.
In an interview with Calventas, he admitted that he has been using illegal drugs, adding that yesterday, 27 May, was the last time he used such. He even admitted to owning the tooter recovered from his vehicle and other paraphernalia but vehemently denied that whatever drugs allegedly recovered from him were planted.
Among those recovered from his possession are one medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, an improvised needle, aluminum foils, and a color white improvised tooter.
