Motorcycle users can get their “Clean Rider” sticker for free in two simple steps, according to the Philippine National Police (PNP).

Sticker applicants just need to go to the nearest PNP office and show the original receipt and certificate of registration of the motorcycle, updated driver’s license and a government-issued identication, the PNP said.

The distribution of the sticker is part of the Clean Rider Program of the PNP. The program is being implemented to reduce crimes committed by so-called riding-in-tandem.

An average four people are killed per day by riding-in-tandem based on PNP data for the period October 2017 up to May 2018.
