Two minors and a 19-year-old identified only as “Hazel” were arrested during a drug buy-bust operation along Ampalaya St. in Barangay Tumana, Marikina City.

“Hazel” was accompanied by two boys aged 16 and 17 when they sold a police poseur-buyer a sachet of shabu. Eight sachets of shabu were seized from the three, along with the marked money.
