The local government of Navotas conducted on-site trainings for some courses at Navotas Vocational Training And Assessment Institute-Annex I.
Among the courses are Hairdressing NC II and Dressmaking NC II.
According to Mayor John Rey Tiangco, the tech-voc trainings are free for Navoteños, so others who want to learn for a living are invited to participate in the program.
