Thirty-three years old with knees of a senior citizen, Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto joked to describe his condition, explaining his knees had been injured many times (from playing basketball) which made walking painful and difficult.
On 13 August he underwent a procedure called PRP (platelet-rich plasma) on both knees.
“Kaya bilin ng doktor, bawasan ko muna ang paglalakad hanggang bukas (August 14-15),” Sotto wrote on his Facebook page.
