Shake Shack brings back its free, live music series across all Shake Shack branches every Thursday until 8 September.
With Shack Sounds, some of the coolest local indie pop and rock bands will play while customers chase the rainy blues away over great burgers (plus other Shack favorites) and local craft beers.
Playing at the Greenbelt 5 Shake Shack on 25 August, 7 to 8 p.m., is the sophisticated pop duo of siblings Ysanygo. The dream-pop tunes of Japanese-Filipino singer-songwriter Ena Mori will be heard on 1 September, 6:30-7:30 p.m., at Alabang Town Center, while Oh, Flamingo! completes the lineup with an appearance at Central Square BGC on 8 September, 7 to 8 p.m.
Shake Shack also introduces the Dark Meat Hot Chicken — crafted from an all-natural cage-free dark meat chicken thigh slow-cooked in a creamy buttermilk marinade, dusted with a hot pepper blend and topped with Louisiana hot sauce slaw and pickles. For that full umami flavor, pair it with Cheese Fries or Chicken Bites.
What’s a live music series and burgers without a cold beer in hand? The ShackMeister Ale is exclusively brewed for Shake Shack. There’s also Engkanto Brewery’s award-winning Live It Up Lager (Bronze Award, World Beer Awards 2022).
