MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga— Two individuals were arrested while P400,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized during a drug-bust operation in this city.
Police Regional Office 3 regional director P/BGen. Cesar Pasiwen disclosed that operatives from the Mabalacat SDEU and RPDEU3 conducted buy bust operation at Barangay Dolores, which resulted in the arrest of Jayson Dalen, believed to be a member of Sputnik Gang and Janeth Dela Cruz.
Seized from the two suspects were one piece red coin purse, one piece black zippered wallet, one Huawei cellular phone, six pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing more or less 55 grams with a DDB value of P374,000 and P1,000 bill as marked money.
Appropriate charges for violation of Sec. 5 and Sec. 11, Art II of RA 9165 are being readied against the suspects for court referral.
