Bong Go mounts relief ops in Nasugbu

Sen. Bong Go’s office on 24 August mounted a relief operation in Nasugbu, Batangas for 1,000 residents affected by the pandemic.

In a video message during the relief activity, Go reiterated that vaccines are key to the country’s return to normalcy.

He then urged his fellow Batangueños who are eligible yet still unvaccinated to participate in the national inoculation program to better protect themselves from Covid-19.

He also asked everyone to remain vigilant and to continue following the mandated health preventive measures.

The activity was held at the Nasugbu auditorium where the senator’s team gave snacks and masks to residents, as well as bicycles, shoes and phablets to select individuals.

Representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development provided financial assistance to help mitigate the adverse impacts of the pandemic.
