Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation first held its “Reimagine your Ride” test drive in Mall of Asia parking grounds, Pasay City last May. Here, the carmaker pitted its newest Xpander, together with the Montero Sport and Strada, to a makeshift course so that the public may be able to personally experience the vehicles firsthand. Other than the test drive, a showcase of its other vehicle lineup, like the L300 and Mirage G4, plus other fun and entertainment, are likewise in store. With its initial success, MMPC’s test drive caravan headed to Cebu and Davao.
Now, after its fruitful staging in Visayas and Mindanao, the RYR is back in Luzon.
“We received an overwhelming amount of support during our time at VisMin in the last months. It was great to see our customers with their families have a good time with us as they rediscover our bestselling MPV,” MMPC CEO and president, Takeshi Hara, said.
“I personally got to meet some of them who attest to the enhancements made to the new Xpander and why this model continues to be the number one in its category. As we return to Luzon, we are bringing the same level of excitement and driving experience, so visitors are in for a memorable weekend,” he added.
The brand’s lineup, which includes the Mirage G4, L300, Montero Sport, Strada Athlete and new Xpander, will again be showcased indoors and demonstrated in action through an outdoor man-made course. The latter gives customers a chance to try out the handling and capabilities of their chosen Mitsubishi vehicle at a track that simulates several real-life scenarios and road-like conditions. Freebies, such as Mitsubishi branded golf umbrellas and Caltex Save Plus cards, as well as cash discounts exclusive to the weekend also await.
This event is supported by partners, Chevron Philippines, SONAX, Little Trees, CTEK, Prestone, PIAA Concept One and Black Rhino.
Following another staging in SM City Sta. Rosa, Laguna, the RYR will proceed to SM City, San Fernando from 26 to 28 August.
