SPD nabs Las Piñas’ 3rd most wanted

Members of the Southern Police District Anti-Carnapping Unit arrested a wanted man in an operation the other night at Miranda Compound in Zapote, Las Piñas City.

The SPD operatives were conducting a spotting operation at about 10:40 a.m. of 17 October, when they chanced upon Jhonvie Quiñanola, a 22-year -old with a pending warrant of arrest.

Quiñanola was served the warrant under Criminal Cases

— 21-0540, 21-0541, 21-0542 and 21-0543 for two counts of rape with no recommended bail, two counts of Acts of Lasciviousness with P200,000 bail, and Violation of Republic Act 7610, or the “Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse and Exploitation” with P200,000 in recommended bail.

Judge Mildred Jacinto Marquez of the Family Court Branch 2 of Las Piñas City issued the arrest warrant.

Previously, Quiñanola was tagged as the Top 3 Most Wanted Person of the Las Piñas police for the third quarter of 2021.

The accused was turned over to Las Piñas police and the warrant will be returned to the court of origin for the proper disposition of the cases.
