The Antonio-led Century Properties Group Inc. recently unveiled the third tower of its Resort Residences at Azure North in San Fernando, Pampanga — changing Pampanga’s skyline.
In a sprawling eight-hectare master-planned property, the completed two towers have a total of 1,606 units spread out over each of the two towers’ 29 floors.
Its third, the 27-story Barbados Tower, will add another 820 units. With the ground movement for the building already ongoing, Barbados is set to be completed in December 2025.
Azure North is just an hour and a half drive from Metro Manila and some minutes away from other key Pampanga commercial and residential areas such as Clark, Subic, and more, with its location right where the North Luzon Expressway and J. Abad Santos Avenue intersect.

Interspersed between streets steeped in tradition are new opportunities cropping up.
Business process outsourcing and IT firms are slowly filling the city, providing jobs and new opportunities. It is also close to Clark International Airport.
With the government’s push towards decentralization and decongestion of the overcrowded NCR, Pampanga looks to be one of the emerging centers of economic activity.
