Vice President Sara Duterte on Sunday stressed the importance of supporting tourism in the country by going on a hiking adventure in Dalaguete, Cebu to promote its local tourism.
In her social media, the Vice President showed photos of her conquering the “two peaks in one day” hiking challenge, adding that she also negotiated the Osmeña Peak, which took her 45 minutes.
“Along the way, we saw an anthurium farm and a variety of fresh vegetable gardens. But, the real score was seeing the view at the top — the Chocolate Hills-like mountains, and the entire island of Cebu,” Duterte said.
