Chronicling high society in style

When I started writing about my party escapades, I had only one purpose: To make sure I captured those moments of pure joy because they are so memorable yet so fleeting. Little did I know that years later, I would receive the honor  of being named High Society Chronicler! This is all thanks to the Philippine Fashion Circle Awards: A Salute to Philippine Fashion.

Last 2 May was a night to remember. After two years, the PFCA invited all the movers and shakers in fashion in the country once again. Iconic and legendary describe these people who were with me.

I must take the opportunity to congratulate our Daily Tribune managing editor and lifestyle editor Dinah Ventura who was recognized for her excellent work in fashion journalism. Kudos to Dinah who is truly herself one of the best dressed ladies of Philippine media.

Aside from being one of Philippine fashion’s most iconic events, the PFCA also benefits the Magtanim Ay Di Biro Livelihood Prgram’s LGBTQIA+ Rainbow Village; Cebu’s Safe Haven Rehabilitation Center and the abandoned babies of Carmelite, Zamboanga del Norte. Indeed most amazing efforts!

Thank you again, PFCA! I am so thankful for your recognition. I unfortunately wasn’t able to finish the awards night with two more parties to attend to. What a rush, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I will gladly continue to chronicle my adventures for as long as I can. See you at the next one! Cheers!
