Authorities arrested a thief after allegedly raping and robbing two of the four teachers inside a school Monday in Ocampo, Camarines Sur.
According to Cheif PMaj. Reynaldo Balindan of the Ocampo Municipal Police, it was around 12:30 when the suspect took advantage of the heavy rain to rob the victims.
The suspect allegedly pretended to enroll until he declared a holdup and stole the victims’ cellphones and P200 cash.
Thereafter, the suspect took the two female teachers to the comfort room where they were raped by him and immediately fled after.
The victims could not ask for help immediately because the school was in a remote area. The victims were subjected to medical examination and trauma debriefing.
