Nine drug suspects were arrested in separate buy-bust operations in Rizal province over the weekend, the Rizal police provincial office said Saturday.
Nabbed in the first buy-bust operation was 45-year-old Rodney Ramos, alias Baratingas, who was arrested by the police along Sitio Pulang Lupa, Barangay Dulumbayan, Teresa at about 3 p.m. Thursday.
It was followed by the arrest of another drug suspect, identified as Siade Sto. Domingo, 55, who was arrested at about 9 p.m.
The last operation led to the arrest of 30-year-old Michael John Visca, alias Mico, who was collared by the police at Philsin Road, Barangay Dalig, also in this town, early Friday morning.
The Taytay Municipal Police Station also conducted three separate buy-bust operations, including one at Block 9, Purok 4, Lupang Arenda, Barangay Sta Ana, around 5 p.m.
Booked were 22-year-old Ediel Jun Parba and King Roland Meneses, alias King.
Taytay police also arrested 60-year-old Emelita Munzon, alias Emily, along Paseo Humilidad Street, El Monteverde Subdivision, Barangay San Juan around 7:15 p.m. Thursday.
The Antipolo City Police Station also conducted two separate drug stings.
Nabbed in the first buy-bust operation was 38-year-old female suspect Monalyn Villanueva. She was arrested at Sitio Quarry, Barangay San Jose at around 10:39 p.m. Thursday. Another drug suspect, identified as Julius Isaac, alias Julio, 42, was collared by the police before dawn Friday.
The Binangonan Municipal Police Station also conducted an anti-illegal drugs operation that led to the arrest of 24-year-old Lemar Taytayan, alias Kulot, at Block 24, Sto. Niño, Barangay Bilibiran at around 6:50 p.m. Thursday.
