Okada Manila’s multi-color dancing fountain is back to thrill guests

Okada Manila’s main attraction, The Fountain, a magnificent water, light and music showcase can rival those of Dubai’s Burj Khalifa and Las Vegas’ Bellagio.

An exclusive preview of The Fountain’s return drew media members, hotel, casino and VIP guests. The show featured two new songs, a stirring performance by singer Morissette, and cocktails at the soon-to-open Chairman’s Lounge.

As Okada Manila prides itself in offering spectacles, it is no surprise that The Fountain is its crown jewel.

Measuring 37,464 sqm, which is equivalent to 50 Olympic-sized swimming pools, The Fountain is equipped with cutting-edge underwater robots, over 2,000 dazzling lights, dozens of high-fidelity speakers, and more than 700 high-power jets that can shoot water that surpasses the height of Okada Manila’s 19-storey building.

Designed to provide a unique venue for special events and concerts, installed in The Fountain’s lake is an invisible performance stage that allows artists to seemingly walk on water during performances, interacting with the water feature.

Before the pandemic, The Fountain was open 365 days a year. Now back in operation, guests of all ages can again enjoy its evening shows from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and from 6 p.m. to midnight Fridays through Sundays.
