The Outlook Awards 2022 hails five grand awardees for the year

Lamudi’s The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards returns this year by recognizing outstanding real estate developers across the country. The real estate platform presented 23 awards to those who excelled in providing the needs and wants of Filipinos amid the new normal. Five Grand Awards were given to recognize 2022’s Best Boutique Developers and Best Developers in Luzon and Visayas and Mindanao, along with the Personality of the Year for 2022.

The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards honored the Best Boutique Developers and Best Developers from Luzon, and Visayas and Mindanao. The Personality of the Year was also hailed at the awarding ceremony, among other awards.

Luzon’s Boutique Developer of the Year was awarded to Landco Pacific Corporation for addressing the specific aesthetic and functional needs of its clientele. Meanwhile, Primeworld Land Holdings, Inc. won the Boutique Developer of the Year for Visayas and Mindanao.

Alveo Land Corp. bagged the Developer of the Year for Luzon. Visayas and Mindanao’s Developer of the Year went to AboitizLand Inc. These prestigious awards are presented to developers who exemplify real estate excellence through the conceptualization, design, and construction of world-class residential, office, commercial and/or retail projects.

May Rodriguez, president of Subdivision and Housing Developers Association and chief operating officer of BellaVita Land Corp., is The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards’ Personality of the Year.

Held on 27 September at Shangri-La The Fort in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the event also unveiled three unique pandemic-related awards, namely Best Pandemic Pivot, Best Seller Support, and Best Property Seeker Support.

Lamudi’s Global chief executive officer and co-founder Kian Moini said in his opening speech different real estate developers change people’s lives through making homes for Filipinos.

“As builders, all of you in this room actually change people’s lives. Every single house that you build — every condo, every unit that a Filipino family moves into
— makes a happier Filipino family,” Moini said.

He added that despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the future of the Philippines is bright.

“Covid-19 times have been tragic for all of us… I have very strong beliefs in the future of the Philippines as a country and as an economy,” Moini said.
