From the prestigious Focus Global group comes the focus_store offering not just eye candy but an experience as well. So, don’t worry about spilling juice on an Oster blender. Or dumping your body on a bed. Yes, you can lie down on a bed while listening to a shop rep talk about the benefits of a Sealy bed or Tempur mattress.

Located at The Power Plant Mall, focus_store has various stations a customer can enjoy — it’s the first of its kind retail concept where a shopper can actually get the feel and function of luxury appliances set in various areas in the store.

In the Feel station, for instance, shoppers will get a chance to experience Tempur’s motion absorption feature through the Tempur Jump Zone. Here, you can knock out a stack of Jenga, tennis balls, or wine glasses by jumping, dropping weights, or by having a pillow fight with your companion. At the Smell station, guests can see and smell what’s being cooked in the Instant Pot, a top cooker brand in the US and known as a revolutionary kitchen must-have for convenient and nutritious cooking. There’s a game here as well: guests who can guess within two tries what’s cooking will take home special and exciting prizes.

Over at the Taste station, visitors will be blindfolded and asked to pick an ingredient from a mystery box. The surprise ingredients will be turned into a smoothie using an Oster blender.

For audiophiles, the Hear station invites shoppers to identify the appliances used by listening to a soothing ASMR audio of a meal prep from KitchenAid, the world’s top mixer brand used by seasoned home cooks and top chefs.

Of course, the experiential presentations don’t just end there. There are also stations featuring lamps by Danish lighting brand Louis Poulsen, which displays a soft, ambient lighting and iconic lamp designs by internationally acclaimed designers.

Visitors can also test their styling skills with Philips Personal Care, which combines superior technology and cutting-edge design for beauty care, male grooming, and oral healthcare tools.
