The Department of Education on Monday issued Department Order no. 44 allowing private schools to continue blended learning and full distance learning after 2 November.
According to the DepEd order, private schools may continue to implement five days of in-person classes, blended learning modality, or full distance learning.
Under the blended learning modality, the students will be subject to three days of in-person classes and two days of distance learning, and thereafter, four days of in-person classes and one day of distance learning.
Meanwhile, DepEd ordered all public schools to transition to five days of in-person classes starting 2 November, except those exempted by the Regional Director due to disasters and calamities and those implementing alternative delivery modes.
