TVXQ’s Changmin is now a father.

SM Entertainment confirmed on 18 October that the K-pop idol’s wife gave birth to a boy on Monday afternoon, 17 October at a hospital in Seoul. The company also reported that “both the mother and baby are in good health.”

Shim Chang-min or known by his stage name Max Changmin debuted as the youngest member of the K-pop boy group TVXQ in December 2003.

TVXQ is known for their hit songs “Mirotic,” “Rising Sun,” “Tomorrow,” and “Keep Your Head Down.”

Last January, Changmin released his second Mini Album Devil, and appears in JTBC’s TV programs “Manners of Taste” and “Differential Class.”
