Two men and a woman were killed before dawn Sunday outside a transient house in Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
The police identified the fatalities as Marie Angelica Belina, 25, an overseas Filipino worker and a resident of Calapan City, Mindoro; Mark Ian Desquitado, 35, a delivery rider living in the area where the shooting happened; and 22-year-old Tashane Joshua Branzuela of the same barangay.
Branzuela was pronounced dead at the Taguig-Pateros District Hospital where he was rushed after the shooting that took place at about 3:30 a.m.
A witness told police investigators that she was inside the transient house when she heard numerous gunshots outside. When she and other people in the neighborhood checked, they saw the three victims sprawled and bleeding.
A man was seen fleeing the crime scene aboard a van, witnesses told the police.
P/Col. Kirby John Kraft said they are following up on several leads to identify the killer and provide justice to his victims.
