Bianca King, panay ang workout

Pagwo-workout ang pinagkakaabalahan ngayon ng aktres na si Bianca King habang nasa second trimester na siya ng kanyang pagbubuntis at ayon sa kanya, ginagawa niya ito bilang preparasyon sa kanyang panganganak.

“Building strength for natural childbirth. Trying to minimize my risk of getting gestational diabetes and preeclampsia by exercising and eating healthy,” saad ni Bianca sa kanyang IG post.

Ngayon pa lang daw siya nakakapag-adjust sa nadagdag na 20 extra pounds sa kanyang tummy. Hinihikayat din ng aktres ang lahat ng buntis na manatiling physically active ngunit kailangang kumonsulta muna sa raw sa doktor.

“Before any exercise, consult with your midwife or OB. It’s best to be guided by a professional trainer like @rebelwithus and @_katdaroza for the correct form then you can do it on your own. These pregnancy exercises are low impact and fairly easy to follow! Keep it up mamas,” sabi ni Bianca.

Kamakailan, nagbahagi rin si Bianca sa publiko ng mga naging pagbabago sa buhay niya sa unang mga buwan ng kanyang pagbubuntis.

“The 1st trimester is a crucial stage in every pregnancy. It could be very isolating if you’re not ready to tell anyone. I was open with as many people as I could be. I needed the support. Just in case something happened,” sabi pa niya.

Ikinasal si Bianca sa kanyang husband na so Ralph Wintle noong June, 2021. Naka-based sila ngayon sa Sydney, Australia.
